Graves’ disease with Thyrotoxicosis, presenting with severe hormonal imbalance and marked clinical symptoms.

📉 Graves’ thyrotoxicosis is often considered challenging to manage, especially in cases with significant hormonal elevation.

🔬 Before Treatment:
• Extremely elevated T3 & T4
• TSH – Suppressed

Hyperthyroidism with Grave’s ophthalmopathy (Auto immune hyperthyroidism)

A patient approached with symptoms of severe hyperthyroidism and eye involvement consistent with Graves’ disease.

🔬 Initial findings:
• Extremely high T3 & T4 levels
• TSH < 0.01 (suppressed)
• Thyroid scan showed fatty hilum on both lobes of thyroid with enlarged cervical lymph nodes
• Symptoms of thyroid overactivity and eye changes (Grave’s ophthalmopathy)

Despite trying multiple treatments earlier, the patient continued to experience persistent symptoms and lymph node enlargement.

🌿 After individualized homeopathic treatment:
✔ Thyroid parameters improved significantly (will be posted soon)

A 17-years young girl with known case of bilateral PCOD, presented with irregular menstrual cycles since puberty . She visited my clinic with her old reports taken on January 2025. Treatment initiated in October 2025, a repeat ultrasound scan showed a 3.1 *2cm left ovarian simple cyst, consistent with PCOD.

✅The patient was managed exclusively with individualized homeopathic treatment
✅Regular follow-up was maintained.
❌No use of hormonal pills
❌No steroids or any conventional hormonal therapy.
❌No surgical procedures
