From Tears to Triumph: Mental Health in the Breastfeeding Journey 🤱✨

While the session explores the realities of breastfeeding and postpartum mental health, it can also be particularly insightful for psychology students, therapists, and mental health professionals who want to better understand the unique challenges faced by this population and how we can navigate and support them more sensitively in practice.
