Sterlization of instruments Triple sterilization of instruments is carried out for patient's safety. First instruments are cleaned with soap water, then they are immersed in korsolex for cold sterilization .After 8 hours instruments are washed again and then they are packed in pouches and then they undergo steam sterilization for 121 degree under 15psi pressure for 20 minutes. This ensures 100% sterilization of endodontic instruments. We use disposable syringes and suction tips for every patient.
