Ipsilateral 33 A injury treated with DFLCP.

Ipsilateral upper third Tibia fracture with bone loss- treated with TOF- Tibialisation of Fibula with Hybrid external Fixator with Equinus foot.

Pt approached me for Tibia fracture- for missed neck injury- suggested THR elsewhere.
As proximal Femur had space constraints and with intent of early mobilization ( ipsilateral Tibial Ilizarov) I did Valgus Osteotomy and applied frame- removed at 8 weeks and applied cc screws
At 9 months follow up -
Neck fracture united
Osteotomy healed
Transport in Tibia over -
Walks full weight bearing
Regenerate consolidation awaited.
Hip joint space reduced - so far not symptomatic- in future would be candidate for THR

Deformity correction

Ulcer healed, foot plant grade, Gait improved- no recurrence 6 months post frame removal.
