A father teaches through silence; a son learns through distance.
In childhood, the father is a hero—
in youth, a question—
in adulthood, an answer slowly understood.
They walk the same road, just at different times.
A son often hears control where a father speaks concern.
Between them lives a quiet love
that rarely says “I understand,”
yet always means “I’m here.”
A father carries experience;
a son carries possibility—
both struggle to see the other’s weight.
In disagreement, ego grows;
in time, understanding does.
A son wants freedom,
a father fears loss—
both are right, both incomplete.
Their bond is not perfect,
but it is patient.
Sometimes they stand apart to become themselves,
only to return and finally see each other clearly.
Love between them is not always spoken—
but it is always present,
shaped by both flaws and strengths.
