Shoulder pain is a common discomfort around the joint that can stem from overuse, injury, or underlying conditions like rotator cuff tendinitis or bursitis.
SHOULDER PAIN EXERCISES:
1.WALL BALL ROLL-UP-Stand facing the wall and place the ball between your hand and the wall.Slowly roll the ball upward along the wall.Go only as high as comfortable.Slowly roll it back down.Repeat 10 repetitions.
2.SHOULDER INWARD AND OUTWARD ROTATION AGAINST WALL-Stand facing the wall Keep your elbow bent at 90° and close to your body.Move your forearm inward Then move your forearm outward Perform slowly and within a comfortable range.
3.WALL ARM CIRCLE-Stand facing the wall and place your hand on it.Slowly make small circles with your arm/hand on the wall.Circle clockwise and anticlockwise.Do 10 circles each direction.
4.SHOULDER INTERNAL & EXTERNAL ROTATION-Stand with your back against the wall.Keep the affected arm on the wall the elbow bent.Slowly move the forearm inward and outward while keeping the movement controlled.Do 10 repetitions.
If any exercises causes you pain or discomfort you should stop doing the exercises and consult your healthcare these exercises must always be done under the supervision of a physiotherapist for a safety and effectiveness.
