हमारे पास एक मरीज आया, जिसका 2-wheeler accident हुआ था। Accident के बाद मरीज को मुँह खोलने में परेशानी थी और चेहरे के दाहिने हिस्से में काफी swelling थी।”
“हमने मरीज का clinical examination किया और radiographs करवाए। जांच में पता चला कि मरीज को right angle fracture of mandible यानी निचले जबड़े के right angle पर fracture था।”
“Fracture की severity और displacement को देखते हुए मरीज के लिए ORIF — Open Reduction and Internal Fixation की planning की गई।”
“मरीज की surgery General Anesthesia के under की गई और fractured segments को सही position में लाकर fixation किया गया।
