✅ Minimum 4 years' experience in a diagnostic lab
✅ Hands-on expertise with Mindray & automated analyzers (mandatory)
✅ DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. MLT qualified
✅ Knowledge of QC, LIS records & biosafety/NABL norms
