A patient presented with the complain of doubling along with blurring of vision from OD since 1 week.
The patient had history of ocular trauma with hand pump few months back, for which she had undergone for wound exploration, scleral tear repair surgery along with VR (Vitreo-retinal) + FAE (Fluid air exchange) + LPFC (Liquid perfluorocarbon) injection at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai.
Va : (OD) F.C. @ 1 meter; (OS) 6/6
NCT: 12 mm Hg (OU)
Ocular examination: (OD) Superior scleral thinning with multiple SO bubble, aphakia & Iridodialysis.
