PMOS is more than just irregular periods. 🌸

Many women think PMOS only affects the menstrual cycle—but it can also influence your hormones, metabolism, skin, energy levels, weight, and fertility.

Some common signs include:
✨ Irregular or missed periods
✨ Acne or oily skin
✨ Hair fall or excess facial hair
✨ Weight gain or difficulty losing weight
✨ Sugar cravings and fatigue
✨ Difficulty conceiving

The encouraging news? 💚
With balanced nutrition, regular movement, quality sleep, stress management, and guidance from your healthcare team, many people can successfully manage PMOS and improve their overall well-being.

Every woman’s experience is different, so the right approach should be personalized.

💬 Which PMOS symptom would you like me to explain next? Let me know in the comments!

Proteins are the building blocks of life. In the body, protein breakdown into small molecules called amino acids, which aid cell growth and repair. Protein also take a longer time to digest than carbohydrates, helping you feel full longer with fewer calories. So, proteins are an essential component in managing a healthy weight.
