When was the last time someone asked you... "How are you doing?" 💚

We often say "I'm fine" without thinking. We smile, carry on, and keep moving—even when we're feeling overwhelmed inside.

This is your reminder to pause.

✨ It's okay to not be okay.
✨ Your feelings are valid.
✨ Asking for help is a sign of strength.
✨ You don't have to go through it alone.

Take a moment today to check in with yourself—and with someone you care about. Sometimes, one genuine conversation can make all the difference.
