You write the list. You say the words. "I'm grateful for my home, my health, my family."
But your body doesn't feel it. You're performing gratitude from your head while your cells broadcast lack.
Gratitude isn't a mental exercise. It's a nervous system state.
When you force gratitude while your body is in survival mode, you create more incongruence. Your mind says "I'm blessed" while your system screams "I'm not safe."
Real gratitude happens when your nervous system is regulated enough to actually FEEL the abundance that's already here.
You can't think your way into grateful. You have to somatically arrive there.
Regulate first. Breathe. Ground. Let your body come out of threat response. THEN notice what you have.
That's when gratitude becomes a frequency that shifts everythingโbecause your cells are broadcasting appreciation, not performing it.
