You wake up tired.
You push through the day with coffee.
You crave sugar by evening.
You try to sleep… but your mind won’t slow down.

And slowly you start thinking…

“Maybe my metabolism is slow.”
“Maybe I just don’t have discipline.”
“Maybe this is just how my body is.”

But here’s the truth most women don’t hear enough:

It might not be a lack of discipline.
Your body might simply be stuck in chronic stress mode.

When cortisol stays high for too long, it can quietly lead to:

• Stubborn belly fat
• Constant fatigue
• Hormonal imbalances
• Bloating and gut issues
• Poor sleep
• Anxiety and brain fog

Your body isn’t working against you.
It’s trying to protect you.

And once you learn how to support your body with the right movement, nutrition, and nervous system regulation, everything starts to shift.

More energy.
Better sleep.
Balanced hormones.
A body that finally feels like home again.

If you resonate with these signs and want to understand what your body truly needs…

Comment “HEAL” and I’ll send you the link to book a 1:1 consultation call where we’ll uncover the root cause and create a plan for your healing.

Ozempic isn’t the villain. But it also shouldn’t be the whole plan.

Pooja, our functional nutritionist breaks this down.

Yes, GLP-1 medications can be incredibly effective for weight loss. But while the number on the scale is going down, we also need to ask:

Are you getting enough protein?
Are you protecting your muscle?
Are you eating enough nutrients?
Are you strength training?
Are you actually improving your metabolic health?

Because weight loss ≠ automatically better health.

And when the medication eventually stops, the goal shouldn’t be to feel like you’re starting from zero.

Medication can be a tool.
But your nutrition, habits, muscle, sleep and metabolic health are what help build something sustainable.

She didn’t have time.

3–4 trips a month. Back-to-back meetings. Always on a flight, always on a deadline.

Tarini had every excuse.

She chose to start anyway.

12 weeks later —
Her body changed.
But more than that?

*She stopped feeling like she was running on empty.*

In her own words:

*”For me the biggest win has been steadier energy levels and an overall feeling of being more balanced now.”*

That line hits different.

Because she didn’t just lose 6–7 kgs.
She didn’t just lose inches off her waist.

She got herself back.

The version of herself that isn’t exhausted by 2pm.
That isn’t bloated and depleted after every trip.
That feels **balanced** — maybe for the first time in years.

**And she did this while living her full life.**

No crash dieting.
No skipping work trips.
No giving up everything she loves.

Just a plan that was built *around* her — not against her.

That’s the only kind of programme worth doing.

If you’re the woman who’s been telling herself *”I’ll start when things slow down”* —

Things won’t slow down.

You just need a plan that moves with you.

Your body detoxes every single day. The question is — are you giving it what it needs to do the job?

Most women I speak to are bloated, exhausted, carrying stubborn weight, struggling with hormonal acne or PMS — and nobody has told them that their **liver** might be the missing piece.

Your liver isn’t just a detox organ. It’s the organ responsible for clearing excess estrogen, cortisol, and toxins from your body. When it’s sluggish, everything suffers — your hormones, your skin, your energy, your weight.

And no, a 3-day juice cleanse won’t fix it. 🙅🏽‍♀️

What actually moves the needle?

✅ The foods you eat daily
✅ How you breathe, move and sleep
✅ Reducing the toxic load on your body — consistently

Swipe through for 9 evidence-based habits that genuinely support your liver, your hormones and your gut — for real, every single day.

Save this. Come back to it. Start with just one.

**And if you’re seeing signs like:**

🔸 Belly fat that won’t budge no matter what you do
🔸 Bloating after every meal
🔸 PMS, heavy periods or mood swings
🔸 Hormonal acne or hair fall
🔸 Constant fatigue and brain fog

That’s your body asking for support — and your liver might be at the root of it.

This is exactly what I work on in my 1:1 programme. We don’t just scratch the surface. We go deep into the root cause, build a plan that works for your body, your life, your schedule — and I hold your hand every step of the way.

💌 Comment **BALANCE** below and I’ll personally reach out to you with details of my 1:1 consultation.

Because you deserve to feel well — not just “within range.” 🌸

Kirti is a busy working professional based in London.

When she came to me, she was dealing with massive acne, post-meal bloating, fatigue, high stress and low strength.

She had tried to manage the symptoms.

“She told me - Nothing is working for my skin, energy and gut health”

we took the root cause based functional medicine approach.

We went deeper.

Over 12 weeks, we worked through my functional root-cause protocol — looking at the body as an interconnected system rather than treating each symptom in isolation.

Her personalised protocol focused on:

→ Gut & digestive health to improve digestion, reduce bloating and support the gut-skin connection
→ Targeted nutrition to nourish her body and support metabolic and hormonal balance
→ Individualised supplementation to address nutritional gaps and support key systems
→ Stress & nervous-system regulation to help her body move out of constant stress mode
→ Strength & movement to build energy, resilience and physical capacity
→ Lifestyle & recovery to make the transformation sustainable around a demanding professional life

And the result after 12 weeks?

No more acne.
Clearer, healthier skin.
A happier gut.
Less bloating.
Feeling lighter.
More energy.
Greater strength.
Less stress.

But for me, the most powerful part isn’t the before-and-after.

It’s that Kirti now understands her body.

Because true wellness isn’t about being on a diet forever or constantly chasing the next symptom.

It’s about understanding WHY your body is responding the way it is — and giving it the right environment to heal, regulate and thrive.

Your body isn’t broken.

It is communicating.

And when you learn to listen, everything can begin to change.

“Your blood work is normal.”

Your ferritin is 45 ng/mL.
Your Vitamin D is 30 ng/mL.

And you’re still experiencing:
• Excessive hair shedding
• Slow hair growth
• Fatigue
• Brittle nails
• Low energy

So what’s going on?

The first thing to understand is that reference ranges are not the same as optimal ranges.

These ranges help diagnose disease—but they don’t always reflect the levels associated with optimal physiological function.

Hair follicles are among the most metabolically active tissues in the body. They require adequate nutrients, thyroid hormone, oxygen delivery, and a healthy growth cycle.

Ferritin is your body’s iron storage protein. Even in the absence of anemia, suboptimal iron stores have been associated with certain types of hair loss—particularly chronic telogen effluvium—in some studies.

Vitamin D also plays a role in the hair follicle cycle. Vitamin D receptors are present in hair follicles, and low Vitamin D levels have been linked with several forms of hair loss, although supplementation is most beneficial when a deficiency is present.

And these are just two pieces of the puzzle.

Hair loss can also be influenced by:
✔️ Thyroid dysfunction
✔️ Low protein intake
✔️ Zinc, B12 or folate deficiency
✔️ Insulin resistance
✔️ Chronic inflammation
✔️ Gut health issues affecting nutrient absorption
✔️ Elevated stress and cortisol
✔️ Hormonal imbalances such as PCOS

The takeaway?

Don’t chase a single number.
Treat the root cause — not just the lab report.

If your reports say “normal” but your symptoms tell a different story, it’s worth taking a deeper, root-cause approach.

Comment HEAL or DM me HEAL to book your 1:1 Root Cause Consultation, and let’s uncover what’s actually driving your hair loss.

I’m 35, My name is Palak and I am a Functional Medicine Nutritionist.

Here’s the BORING things I actually did to build relentless energy, confidence and balanced hormones and gut :

1️⃣ Strength trained 3x a week.
Not endless cardio.
Not punishing workouts.
Muscle is metabolic power.
Muscle balances insulin.
Muscle supports hormones.
After 30, you either build muscle — or you lose it.

I chose to build.

2️⃣ Ate a hormone-intelligent diet.
I stopped under-eating.
I stopped fearing fats.
I stabilized blood sugar.
Protein at every meal.
Healthy fats daily.
No more coffee-as-breakfast nonsense.

Your hormones need raw materials.
I gave my body what it needed.

3️⃣ Cleared emotional gunk.
Resentment.
People-pleasing.
Overgiving.
Suppressing my needs.

High cortisol destroys progesterone and thyroid balance.
Peace is a hormone strategy.

4️⃣ Supplemented based on blood work.
Not trends. Not reels. Not random Amazon carts.
Targeted. Intentional. Correct dosages.

5️⃣ Fixed my gut.
Because if your digestion is inflamed, your hormones will be too.
Bloating is not normal. Constipation is not normal. Fatigue is not normal.

I stopped normalizing feeling tired.

Women in their 30s don’t “slow down.”
They wake up.

Energy is built.
Hormones are supported.
Confidence is embodied.

If you’re done feeling drained and disconnected from your body, I open very limited premium 1-1 coaching slots with me —

EAT FOR YOUR BODY, NOT JUST YOUR GOALS. 🌸

From your gut + thyroid → metabolism → stress response → energy → skin → hair, nutrition is about more than calories. It’s about protein, fibre, healthy fats, micronutrients and enough nourishment to support the systems that keep you feeling and functioning your best.

Your symptoms are signals.
Your plate is information.
Your nutrition should be personalised to you.

Your period is speaking. Are you actually listening? 🩸

Your cycle can give you clues about what’s happening with your hormones, stress response, inflammation, nutrition and overall health.

Here’s what these signs can point toward:

• Short cycles → may be associated with a shorter luteal phase / lower progesterone
• Painful periods → inflammation, prostaglandin activity & other underlying causes
• Heavy periods → can be associated with estrogen–progesterone imbalance, fibroids, adenomyosis or other causes
• Light bleeding → can occur with lower estrogen or a thinner endometrium
• No period → stress, low energy availability, pregnancy, thyroid issues, PCOS and other causes
• Brown blood → usually older, oxidized blood rather than “stagnation”
• Cramping → often linked to inflammatory prostaglandins
• Clots → heavier flow can cause clotting; persistent large clots deserve evaluation
• Spotting → can occur with ovulatory or hormonal fluctuations, contraception, cervical changes and other causes
• PMS → may involve changing estrogen/progesterone levels and can be influenced by sleep, stress and nutrient status
• Period migraines → hormonal fluctuations can trigger migraines; histamine may be relevant for some women
• Hormonal acne → often influenced by androgen activity and hormonal sensitivity

And this is the part I want you to remember:

One symptom ≠ one diagnosis.

Your period is not a standalone event.
It’s one piece of a much bigger picture.

Instead of asking,
“How do I stop this symptom?”

Start asking,
“WHY is my body creating this pattern?”

That’s where deeper healing begins. 🤍 I take limited spots for my premium 1-1 coaching where we go deeper and not just surface level approach.
