From Severe Eye Swelling to Almost Normal in 10 Days 👁️

Traumatic Carotid-Cavernous Fistula (CCF) can rapidly threaten vision.
This gentleman developed severe eye swelling and visual compromise following head injury. He was successfully treated with endovascular embolisation, without open surgery.

Remarkably, his eye returned to almost normal within 10 days. 🙏
Minimally invasive treatment. Remarkable recovery.

A patient with recurrent strokes and persistent vertigo due to severe basilar artery stenosis—successfully treated with basilar artery stenting.

Immediate improvement in symptoms, stable discharge, and a very happy patient! 😊🙏

He insisted on sharing his experience and taking a photograph—a moment that truly makes our work worthwhile. ❤️

Happy Patient. Happy Doctor. ❤️

A young woman from Mizoram with a high-flow carotid-cavernous fistula (CCF) was developing progressive eye swelling and visual decline.

She was treated with minimally invasive endovascular embolisation under local anaesthesia and discharged the next day.

At follow-up, her symptoms had improved remarkably—and so had her smile.

Another challenging retro-orbital (behind eye ball) venolymphatic malformation treated—minimally invasively! 👁️✨

Successfully treated with percutaneous image-guided sclerotherapy using fluoroscopy, avoiding open surgery.
Advances in minimally invasive technology are making even complex vascular malformations safer, more precise, and less invasive to treat.

Tiny access. Precise treatment. Big impact.

🧠 Preoperative embolization making a difference.
A highly vascular Brain tumor adjacent to the motor cortex showed an intense tumor blush on DSA, predominantly supplied by the right ACA. 🎯

💉 Near-complete preoperative embolization with NBCA glue was achieved, followed by 🏥 complete surgical excision with only 200 mL blood loss.
🙏 The patient recovered well.

A great example of how multidisciplinary collaboration between neurointervention and neurosurgery can optimize outcomes.🤝

Four years ago, we treated a young patient from Mizoram, who had survived three aneurysm ruptures. Today, he came back smiling, healthy, and doing well.
Grateful for God’s grace. 🙏✨
