We are made to believe that our Tilak & Sindoor make us weak, regressive & brainwashed. We are blindly aping the western idea of ‘Empowerment’ whereas Sanatan Dharma itself talks about Shakti, the power within, one that needs no empowerment.
Yes, over the years because of various reasons women have been suppressed & this has made them forget their inner power.
So let’s get back to realizing that power, Shakti.
Let’s be more in sync with nature than only worrying about career.
Let’s believe in the Shiva within us than only being dependent on men.
Let’s honour our Shakti, our creativity, consciousness, affection & warmth that we carry.
