Endometriosis + Tubal Blockage + Age 35: Natural Conception or IVF?
A viewer asked this, and here's the answer. If the tubes are not so badly damaged that they can be opened, natural pregnancy can still be considered, even at 35. It depends on 3 things:
✅ Tubal status: Can the tubes be opened? Your reports will tell.
✅ Egg quality: How is your egg quality despite endometriosis?
✅ Tube-o***y relationship: Is the pelvic anatomy well maintained, or has endometriosis distorted it?
If all three look good, natural conception is an option. If the anatomy is disturbed, the tubes can't be opened, or the damage is severe, IVF is usually the better route.
Every case is different, so the right decision comes only after evaluating your reports. 📄
