Breast cancer screening is not “one size fits all” 🎀
Here are general breast imaging guidelines every woman should know 👇

💗 Average-risk women
✔️ Breast self-awareness from your 20s
✔️ Clinical breast exam every 1–3 years in younger women
✔️ Annual/regular mammography starting at 40 years
✔️ Continue screening as long as overall health is good

⚠️ High-risk women may need earlier screening if they have:
🔸 BRCA1/BRCA2 mutation
🔸 Strong family history of breast/ovarian cancer
🔸 Previous chest radiation at a young age
🔸 Dense breasts or high-risk lesions

📌 High-risk screening may include:
✔️ Earlier mammograms
✔️ Breast MRI
✔️ Ultrasound in selected cases

🚨 Symptoms that should NEVER be ignored:
• Breast lump or thickening
• Ni**le discharge (especially bloody)
• Skin dimpling or redness
• Ni**le inversion
• Change in breast size or shape
• Persistent breast pain in one area

🩺 Important:
Screening is for women WITHOUT symptoms.
If you notice any warning sign, consult your doctor even if your last scan was normal.

Early detection improves treatment success and can save lives 💕

Thinking of having a baby later? This is something you MUST know before 35.”
EGG FREEZING – Don’t wait too long ⏳
🧠 What is Egg Freezing?
“Egg freezing, also called oocyte cryopreservation, is a process where we stimulate the ovaries, retrieve eggs, and freeze them for future pregnancy.”
👩‍⚕️ Who Should Consider It?
✔️ Women focusing on career
✔️ Not ready for marriage yet
✔️ Medical conditions like cancer
✔️ Low ovarian reserve
✔️ Family history of early menopause
📊 Age Matters
“Egg quality declines after 35, and more rapidly after 37. The younger the eggs, the better the success rate.”
🥚 How Many Eggs Are Enough?
“For a good chance of one baby, we usually aim for around 15–20 mature eggs.”
More eggs = Better chances
