Appeal to Vote, Support and Elect for VCI Election Year 2020
Dr. Pardeep Kumar Yadav is serving as a distinguish Senior Veterinary Officer at Central Animal Facility, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi- 29. He is an alumnus of CCS Haryana Agricultural University Hisar, Haryana and has done his BVSc & AH and MVSc (Veterinary Anatomy & Histology) from this University. The landmark achievements of Dr. PK Yadav that dedicated to the upliftment of noble veterinary profession and appeal for support in the coming VCI election has summarized below:
1. He is contributing in the profession of the veterinary community in India for more than 3 decades in multiple capacities as a member of National Committee of Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA) under the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying Govt. of India.
2. He is acting as a Member Secretary of Institutional Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC) and Experimental Animal Welfare Committee (EAWC) of the Central Animal Facility, AIIMS, New Delhi.
3. He is a Vice-President Laboratory Animal Scientists Association (LASA) and Executive Member of Laboratory Animal Scientists Association of India (LASAI).
4. He is a nominee of IAEC of various premier institutes of Delhi & NCR and involves in providing the ethical permission for research protocols on small & large animals.
5. He is a founder member of the premier association of Laboratory Animal Veterinary Association (LAVA) of India.
6. He is a life member of Indian Association of Veterinary Anatomists (IAVA).
Dr. PK Yadav is running the Central Animal Facility of AIIMS since last 30 years, presently as Senior Veterinary Officer at the most prestigious institutes, AIIMS New Delhi and also conferred a new dynamism to veterinary profession by conducting National Trainings, Conferences and Courses on laboratory animals which directly helped the researchers as well as promote the welfare of laboratory animals.
