Kohli Ka Bat, Bumrah Ke Haath Cancer Treatment Ki Sabse Badi Galatfehmi

Your friend’s cancer treatment worked. Does that mean the same treatment will work for you?

Not necessarily. Cancer treatment is individualized based on factors such as tumor biology, previous treatments, age, fitness, molecular characteristics and other clinical findings.

In this Short, Dr. Suhail Qureshi explains why copying another patient’s cancer treatment may not be appropriate, using a simple Virat Kohli–Jasprit Bumrah analogy.

The right cancer treatment should be decided after evaluating your cancer, your reports and your individual clinical factors.

Watch till the end and share this with someone who needs to hear it.

What do Stage 1, 2, 3 & 4 cancer actually mean? Dr. Suhail Qureshi explains how cancer staging helps doctors understand the extent of disease and plan treatment. Using breast cancer as an example, he breaks down how cancer can progress from being limited to the breast to involving lymph nodes or distant organs.

Importantly, every cancer has its own staging system—breast, lung, lymphoma and oral cancer are staged differently.

If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with cancer, understand your stage and discuss what it means for your individual treatment with your oncologist.

Cancer = Chemotherapy? Not always. 👀

Har cancer patient ko chemotherapy ki zarurat nahi hoti.

Treatment depends on cancer type, stage, overall health and other individual factors. Depending on the case, treatment may include surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy or targeted therapy.

Your treatment plan should be personal—not based on someone else’s experience.

If you or a loved one has recently been diagnosed, discuss the available treatment options with your oncologist.

Can someone who is fit, exercises regularly and follows a healthy lifestyle still develop cancer? Yes.

Dr. Suhail Qureshi explains why being healthy can reduce your cancer risk but cannot completely eliminate it.

Cancer is a multifactorial disease. A person's risk can be influenced by several factors, including lifestyle, environmental exposures, genetic factors, family history and other biological factors. In some cases, doctors may not be able to identify a single clear cause.

That's why healthy lifestyle + appropriate health checkups + recommended cancer screening are all important.

And remember: getting cancer does not necessarily mean that someone did something wrong.

Cancer treatment ek journey hai — sirf medicines aur procedures tak limited nahi.

Treatment ke dauraan aur uske baad, overall health ko support karna bhi important hai.

🥗 Nutrition — body ki changing needs ke according appropriate nutrition par focus.
🚶 Physical activity — individual health and treatment status ke according movement ko maintain karna.
📋 Follow-up care — recommended check-ups aur monitoring ko continue rakhna.

These aren't replacements for cancer treatment. Rather, they can be an important part of comprehensive cancer care and survivorship.

Remember: har patient's needs alag hoti hain. Nutrition, exercise aur follow-up schedule cancer type, treatment aur individual health factors ke according personalize kiye jaate hain.
