Your age is one of the most important factors in IVF success. And most people find this out too late.

The numbers do not lie. But they also do not tell the whole story.

Behind every patient who walks out with hope, there is a team that never stopped caring.

Our nurses are the first voice you hear when you are scared. The hand that steadies you before a procedure. The person who answers your call at the most anxious moment of your journey.

They do not just assist. They hold the entire experience together.

On International Nurses Day, we celebrate the women who show up every single day, not just with skill, but with heart.

Thank you for everything you do. This one is for you. 🤍

You just decided you want to get pregnant. Beautiful. Now give your body 3 months to prepare.

- Start folic acid 400mcg today. Not when you get a positive test. Today. It protects your baby's neural development from the very first weeks before you even know you are pregnant.

- Get your thyroid checked. TSH levels directly impact whether you ovulate normally. An undiagnosed thyroid issue is one of the most common reasons conception gets delayed and most women never find out until much later.

- Check your Vitamin D. Deficiency is silent. It has no obvious symptoms. And it directly impacts egg quality and implantation.

- Get your AMH done. This one test tells you your ovarian reserve. Know what you are working with before you start the clock.

- Track your actual cycle for 2 to 3 months. Not an app. Your body. Cervical mucus, basal body temperature, cycle length. Know when you are actually ovulating.

- Stop birth control at least 2 to 3 months before you start trying. Your cycle needs time to regulate on its own.

- Cut alcohol, smoking, and processed food. Egg quality takes a few weeks to reflect lifestyle changes. The choices you make today show up in your eggs 3 months from now.

Preparation is the smartest thing you can do for the pregnancy you are planning.

💬 Save this. Your future self will thank you.

Low AMH does not mean low chances.
It means fewer eggs, not bad eggs. And it means time is a factor you cannot afford to ignore.
Panic will cost you time. A plan will not.

When standard tests come back normal and pregnancy still doesn’t happen, it is classified as unexplained infertility.

This does not mean there is no issue. It means the current level of testing has not identified the cause.
Basic fertility reports usually evaluate structure and baseline hormones.

They often do not fully capture:
- Egg quality
- S***m DNA integrity
- Fertilisation efficiency
- Embryo development
- Implantation dynamics

This is where most couples get stuck. Everything looks normal on paper, but the process is not working.
At this stage, management is not about repeating the same steps.

It involves:
- Moving towards advanced diagnostics
- Identifying hidden or functional gaps
- Choosing a more targeted treatment approach
- Unexplained infertility is a diagnosis of limitation, not clarity.
- Progress comes from going beyond basic evaluation.
