Dimple Batra, an elderly resident of North Delhi suffering from severe health complications and a fractured hand, was turned away during a critical time. With no medical insurance or financial backing, her family was left entirely stranded.

When the matter reached our Director, Dr. R. N. Kalra, his response was immediate and clear:

"First, save the patient's life and start the treatment. We can worry about the finances later." Without a second thought for her financial situation, Smt. Batra’s treatment was initiated immediately.
