Some thoughts show up loud and urgent, demanding you sit with them, solve them, untangle them right now. But the more you engage, the bigger they get.
Sometimes the most therapeutic thing you can do is simply… step away. Go for a walk. Make tea. Let time do what analysis can't.

It replays on a loop β€” what if I'd said something different, chosen differently, acted sooner. And the longer you sit with it unexamined, the heavier it gets.
