Eye injury ke baad aankh ke andar blood collect hona Hyphema kehlata hai. Iski severity blood ki quantity ke according Grade 1 se Grade 4 tak ho sakti hai.

⚠️ Grade jitna zyada, complications ka risk utna zyada.
Agar injury ke baad redness, eye pain, blurred vision ya vision mein sudden change ho, toh ise ignore na karein.

“क्या आपने अपनी आँख के इस छोटे से हिस्से को कभी notice किया है? इसे कहते हैं Caruncle.”

Doctor:
“Caruncle आँख के inner corner, यानी नाक की तरफ दिखाई देने वाला छोटा-सा pink tissue होता है।”

POINT 1:
“इसमें छोटे-छोटे sebaceous और sweat glands होते हैं, जो आँख के आसपास की surface को moist रखने में मदद करते हैं।”

POINT 2:
“Caruncle में जमा होने वाला थोड़ा-सा mucus और debris सुबह आँख के कोने में दिखाई देने वाली ‘eye discharge’ का हिस्सा हो सकता है।”

POINT 3:
“लेकिन अगर यहाँ लगातार redness, swelling, pain या unusual discharge हो, तो इसे ignore नहीं करना चाहिए।”

ENDING:
“तो अगली बार mirror में देखें, अपनी आँख के इस छोटे से हिस्से को जरूर notice करें—ये छोटा है, लेकिन interesting है! 👁️”

“ये कोई सामान्य eye drop नहीं है—इसे fluorescein dye कहते हैं।”

“ये dye आँख की surface पर जाकर उन जगहों को highlight करता है जहाँ cornea पर चोट, scratch या damage हो सकता है।”

“इसके लिए हम blue light का इस्तेमाल करते हैं, जिससे damaged areas ज्यादा clearly दिखाई देते हैं।”

“इससे हमें dry eye, corneal abrasion, contact lens-related injury जैसी problems को detect करने में मदद मिल सकती है।”

Interesting part:
“और हाँ, आँखों में कुछ seconds के लिए पीला या हरा रंग दिखाई देना इस test के दौरान normal हो सकता है।”

“अगर आँख में दर्द, चोट, लगातार irritation या vision में बदलाव है, तो खुद से treatment करने के बजाय ophthalmologist से eye examination करवाएँ।”
