Do people talk at you instead of to you?
Parents, teachers, mentors even subordinates, people dont stop to confirm you’re listening or you’re as mentally available as you are physically, because they wanna get what they have to say over with and get rid of their responsibility to convey it to you. Isnt it annoying? I think it’s more than that. I think it is one of the causes of the anxiety pandemic because we always have to be alert and aware and we can never just be purely with ourselves in our thoughts, meditation has become a luxury and the only way to stop this is to be mindfull of when we do it ourselves. You can neutralise your negative energy and extra charges by just giving into the earth.

You can feel all the negative emotions just melt into the tree, the moment you give into it.
