I have always been a yoga and gym girlie, i mean always.
I was 13 when I first hit the gym and 7 years old when first did yoga asanas… so you get it now like really been into fitness… and still I have grown up being a fat person, but I never let that come in between of my everyday life or career or fitness as a concept, despite doing everything pushups were something that I wasn’t able to crack, but this time, I have been the most rigid (read ziddi) to do proper floor pushups and not just knee pushups….

Reverse the 'Desk Slump': The 2-Minute Spine Mobilizer You Can Do in Your Chair.

Hours of sitting create spinal rigidity.

The simple Cat-Cow sequence (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana) lubricates the vertebral discs, increases blood flow, and corrects the forward head posture.

Sit tall, hands on knees.

Cow: Arch the spine, lift the chest, gaze up.
Cat: Round the spine, tuck the chin, and draw the navel in.
