Please do not take negative meaning if any employee's resume shows gap in working and quitting company in short span . There are many other relevant things in life of employees like family, health and working environment of the company.
You cannot denied the importance of the lively healthy work environment , leadership styles, psychological well-being of the employee, job satisfaction and most importantly job security. The long term commitment with any company is majorly depend on above mentioned issues.
