That’s one of 5 corrections in this carousel. Breathing on lifts. The cough/sneeze reflex. Scar tissue after a c-section. A simple self-test most people have never tried.

None of this is complicated. It’s just rarely explained clearly.

Save this — you’ll want it before your next workout.
Comment “FLOOR” and I’ll send you the full guide.

Brick by brick. Quietly 🤍

What patients think we do… vs what we actually do. 👀

“She just makes people exercise.”
“He just operates.”
“She only treats ICU patients.”
“She just answers calls.”

We hear these all the time.

The reality?

Every assessment has a reason.
Every decision has a purpose.
Every exercise is prescribed—not randomly assigned.
Every consultation, every follow-up, every phone call, every treatment session is part of a much bigger picture.

At OrthoDocs, Physical Therapy, Orthopaedic Surgery, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, and patient coordination don’t work in silos—they work together.

Because recovery isn’t built by one person.

Healthcare is a team sport.

Happy Doctors’ Day to every doctor who chooses knowledge over assumptions, and to every healthcare professional who quietly makes healing possible, one patient at a time. ❤️

Chapter : 6 Your Pelvic Floor May Be TOO Tight🚨

Not every pelvic floor problem is caused by weakness.

In fact, many women suffering from painful in*******se, constipation, urinary urgency, lower back pain, hip pain, tailbone pain, pelvic pressure, and bladder symptoms may actually have an overactive or tight pelvic floor.

One of the biggest mistakes we see is women doing endless Kegel exercises without knowing whether their pelvic floor needs strengthening or relaxation. A tight pelvic floor can create symptoms that are often misdiagnosed or ignored.

If you’ve been told your reports are normal but you still don’t feel normal, it may be time to assess your pelvic floor function properly.
