It is very disappointing that such a reputed company Airtel is providing such poor service and customer support to their regular customers. We are using the corporate connection of Airtel since 2019 which includes the landline and broadband service. We made a on time monthly payment to Airtel. But suddenly Airtel disconnect our connection without any information to us. We are trying hard to connect the Airtel support team at all levels such as multiple calls on customer care numbes, by multiple emails to e-support and their Nodal officer also visiting their stores and head office for last 10 days to restore our connection but still there is no resolution. Infact they do not want to entertain for complaint.
Due to the unresponsive behaviour of Airtel at all levels, we personally enquire the issue and found that the Lapse was happened at the end of Airtel by exchaning the personal details between two customers, one of us 'Arun Imaging LLP' and another one 'Ms.Sapna Sekhawat' who also facing the issue with Airtel. This was very shocking to us that _How such a reputed brand Airtel breach a privacy policy to their customers by exchaning their personal data_ It's contempt or violation of data privacy policy which involves mishandling, illegally disclosing, or failing to protect personal data, often violating laws like Indiaโs IT Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
Since we are from the medical profession being a provider of diagnostic facilities or medical imaging services to patients , our landline line services and internet connectivity are very crucial to us for operating medical equipments, reporting systems and patient care services on time. Due to the sudden failure of connectivity services by disconnection of Airtel, directly affecting essential healthcare operations. Our patients are suffering a lot to take on time treatments and our work has been severely disrupted which caused us huge financial loss daily. The issue is extremely serious and cannot be ignored. We are suffering a lot because of only Airtel's poor services and support.
We'll strongly recommend that don't rely on Airtel they don't bother for any difficulty of their customers.
