One came for her anxiety. One for exhaustion that sleep wouldn't fix. One for weight that ignored every
diet.
Three different labels. Three different specialists. And the same root cause sitting quietly underneath all of
them - a stressed, inflamed gut-hormone system throwing the body off balance in three different
directions.

The same approach, adapted to each woman, settled all three. Not magic just treating the cause they
shared instead of the symptom each was handed.

Save if you saw yourself in one of them. Follow for the root, not the label.

Before the toothbrush tomorrow, stick out your tongue and look.

In Ayurveda, the tongue is a daily readout of your gut and you don't need a lab to check it.

A thick white coat hints at sluggish digestion. A central crack speaks to long-term digestive strain.
Scalloped edges suggest poor absorption. Redness can mean inflammation.

None of this replaces proper testing. But it's a free, daily window into how your inner system is actually
doing - wisdom we've had for centuries and mostly stopped using.

Save this map. Check tomorrow morning. Follow for the body's quiet signals.

You've cut the carbs. You're at the gym. You're eating less than you used to.
And the belly stays.

Here's what no one tells you after 30: stubborn abdominal fat is frequently a cortisol problem, not a calorie one. Chronic stress keeps cortisol elevated, and cortisol's job is to store fat around the middle and guard it fiercely.

You cannot out-train or out-starve a stress hormone. The lever isn't a steeper deficit -it's sleep,
recovery, and a nervous system that finally gets to stand down.

This isn't a willpower failure. It's a signalling problem.

I's one of the first health rules we ever learn: drink milk, grow strong bones. Simple, comforting — and
incomplete.
Calcium alone doesn't build bone. It needs vitamin D, K2 and magnesium to be absorbed and directed into
the skeleton. Without them, much of it never arrives. And bone strength owes as much to weight-bearing
movement and adequate protein as to any single glass.
Milk can absolutely be part of a good diet. The error is treating it as the entire strategy — and ignoring the
sunlight, greens, sesame, ragi and movement that do the real work.

Send this to someone relying on one glass a day.

She came to me convinced something was wrong with her - not her body, her.

For two years, a racing heart and sleepless nights had been labelled anxiety. She'd tried therapy,
meditation, cutting caffeine. Nothing held, and she'd quietly concluded she was simply weak.

One full thyroid panel told a different story. Her thyroid was overactive -driving the exact symptoms
she'd been told were 'in her head'.

Weeks after treating the root, the 'anxiety' lifted. She wasn't fragile. She was unwell, and underinvestigated.

Before you accept a label, let someone look at the body.

Follow for the root, not the assumption.

I'm just always cold.

Worn like a personality trait -extra layers, socks in summer, hands no one wants to hold. We laugh about
it and move on.

But persistently cold hands and feet are often a signal: an underactive thyroid, low iron, or poor circulation.

When the system is under-fuelled, the body protects your core and rations warmth to the extremities last.
It's frequently the earliest, quietest sign that something deeper needs attention.

Save this if you're the cold one — and maybe book that thyroid and iron check.

Its's just period pain. Every woman goes through it."
Generations of women heard this and learned to suffer quietly, painkiller in hand, life on pause for two
days a month.

Let's be precise. Some discomfort can be normal. But pain that floors you, that you medicate every single
cycle, that costs you work or sleep that is not a rite of passage. It can signal endometriosis, hormonal
imbalance, or chronic inflammation.

"Normal" and "healthy" are not the same word. You are allowed to ask why.
Share this with a woman who was taught to grit her teeth.

Nothing here is junk. That's exactly why it's a trap.
"Healthy" breakfasts often share one flaw: fast carbs with no protein or fibre to slow them down. The
result is a blood-sugar spike before 9 AM and a crash — hungry, foggy, reaching for chai and a biscuit —
by eleven.
The fix isn't restriction. It's order and balance:
→ Eat fruit; don't drink it.
→ Protein first, every morning.
→ Pair every carb with fat or fibre.
A steady morning sets the tone for your whole day's energy and cravings.

Save this for tomorrow's breakfast.

Your hormones rarely send a memo. They send symptoms and we read them as five unrelated
annoyances.
The afternoon crash. The cyclical mood dip. The middle that won't budge. The hair in the drain. The acne
along your jaw.
Individually, easy to dismiss. Together, a pattern worth taking seriously -often before a standard panel
flags anything.
This isn't a diagnosis. It's a reason to ask better questions.

Save this as your check. Follow for the pattern, not the patchwork.

You've cut gluten. Then dairy. Then onions.

And still by evening, you look three months along.

When bloating is daily and cyclical, the culprit is often hormonal, not dietary. Estrogen and progesterone
shift fluid balance and slow gut motility at set points in your cycle.

The same meal that's fine on day 7
leaves you swollen on day 21.
This is why elimination diets keep failing you.

You're editing the plate when you should be reading the cycle.

Send this to someone exhausted from cutting foods that were never the problem.
