Slip Disc: MRI नहीं बदली… तो क्या आप ठीक नहीं हो रहे?

Slip Disc: Can your pain improve even if your MRI looks the same?
Many patients with Slip Disc / Disc Bulge worry when their repeat MRI shows no change, even though their pain is getting better.

👉 The truth is:
MRI findings do NOT always match your symptoms.
Pain improves because of healing, reduced inflammation, and better nerve function — not just structural change.

⚠️ Don’t panic if your MRI looks “same” — clinical improvement matters more than imaging.

🎯 Who should watch this?
People with Slip Disc / Disc Bulge
Chronic back pain sufferers
Patients confused by MRI reports
Anyone told “your MRI is still the same”

Tingling After Chemotherapy? | कीमो के बाद हाथ-पैर में झनझनाहट?

Tingling after chemotherapy? Don’t ignore it.
Many cancer patients experience tingling, burning, numbness, or electric-like sensations in their hands and feet after chemotherapy. This condition is called Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN) — and it is often misunderstood, delayed in diagnosis, or treated incorrectly.

In this video, Dr. Amod Manocha (Pain Specialist) explains:
✔ Why tingling after chemo happens
✔ Why it does NOT always mean permanent nerve damage
✔ How nerve irritation differs from other types of pain
✔ When you should seek help

👉 Early understanding = better recovery + less long-term discomfort

⚠️ Important for patients & caregivers:
If you are experiencing:
Tingling (jhanjhanahat)
Burning sensation
Numbness
Sensitivity to touch or temperature

Magic Cure for Disc Healing? | क्या डिस्क तुरंत ठीक हो सकती है?

“Doctor, is my disc bulge getting worse?” Disc bulge pain = damage? |
क्या दर्द बढ़ने का मतलब नुकसान है?

This is one of the most common fears in patients with disc bulge, slipped disc, or annular tear. The truth is — pain does NOT always mean damage.

In this video, Dr. Amod Manocha, Pain Specialist, explains:
👉 Why increased pain does not mean your disc is worsening
👉 How inflammation, muscle tightness, and nerve sensitivity cause pain
👉 Why MRI findings and symptoms often do not match
👉 Why recovery from spine problems is not linear (it fluctuates)

Many patients panic after a bad day, thinking their condition has deteriorated.

But healing happens over weeks and months — often in a zigzag pattern.

Understanding this can:
✔ Reduce fear and anxiety
✔ Improve recovery outcomes
✔ Help avoid unnecessary treatments

If you have been diagnosed with a disc bulge or slip disc, this video will help you better understand your condition and make more informed decisions.

Back Pain: Rest or Move? Dono Galat Ho Sakte Hain! | Disc Bulge Truth

Should you rest or keep moving when you have back pain or a disc bulge?

This is one of the most confusing questions patients ask — and the wrong decision can actually delay recovery.

In this video, we break down the truth about rest vs movement in back pain, disc bulge, and slipped disc — based on real clinical experience and evidence.

👉 Complete bed rest can lead to stiffness, muscle weakness, and increased fear
👉 Pushing through pain aggressively can trigger flare-ups and worsen sensitivity

So what’s the right approach?
This video explains:
✔ Why both extremes (rest & overactivity) can slow recovery
✔ What “relative activity” actually means
✔ How to move safely with back pain
✔ Why recovery is not linear
✔ A simple rule to guide your daily activity: Motion feeds healing, overload feeds pain

If you’ve been diagnosed with a disc bulge, annular tear, or slipped disc, this is essential guidance.

14–15 March 2026

Two days.
Intense learning.
Ultrasound machines running non-stop.

Our Ultrasound-Guided Upper Limb Pain & Regional Anaesthesia Interventions Workshop (14–15 March 2026) brought together clinicians who wanted to move beyond theory and truly understand how these procedures are performed in real clinical practice.

Over the two days we explored:
• Live ultrasound scanning and anatomy on volunteers
• Step-by-step procedural techniques
• Real clinical insights with interactive discussions on technique, complications, and clinical decision-making
• Problem-solving from real case scenarios
• Cryoablation technology demonstration

But what truly stood out was the energy in the room — questions, debates, shared experiences, and the collective goal of improving patient care through better skills.

Nerve Pain Mein Antidepressant Kyun Dete Hain? (Duloxetine Explained)

Why is an antidepressant like Duloxetine used for nerve pain?

Many patients are surprised when they are prescribed Duloxetine for pain, especially when they know it as an antidepressant.

In this short video, I explain why Duloxetine is commonly used in pain medicine, particularly for nerve pain (neuropathic pain).

Duloxetine works on the central nervous system by increasing the levels of serotonin and noradrenaline (norepinephrine) in the brain and spinal cord. These chemicals play a key role in modulating pain signals, reducing the intensity of pain messages reaching the brain.

This is why Duloxetine is effective in conditions like:
Nerve pain
Chronic pain syndromes
Diabetic neuropathy
Fibromyalgia Pain with anxiety or sleep disturbance

👉 Important: Duloxetine does not “mask” pain. It helps the nervous system process pain signals differently, which can lead to meaningful pain relief in the right patients.

🎥 This video is a short clip. For a detailed explanation, including:
- Who should take Duloxetine
- When it works best
- Common misconceptions about antidepressants in pain
- Safety and medical guidance

Pet Dard Hai, Reports Normal? | Ho Sakta Hai Dard Pet Ke Andar Nahi Ho (ACNES)

All Scans Normal, Still Stomach Pain? 😳 It Could Be Abdominal Wall Pain (ACNES) | Pet Dard Ka Asli Reason

Have you been dealing with persistent stomach pain, but every test — CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, blood work — comes back normal?

You’re not imagining it.
And the pain may not be coming from inside your stomach at all.

In many patients, the real source is the abdominal wall, not the internal organs.
This condition is called ACNES (Anterior Cutaneous Nerve Entrapment Syndrome) — a commonly missed but very real cause of chronic abdominal pain.

🔍 Typical signs of abdominal wall pain (ACNES):
• Pain is localized to one small spot
• Patients can often point to it with one finger
• Pain increases when you tighten abdominal muscles — getting up, coughing, lifting, or doing core exercises
• Imaging and lab reports are often completely normal

⚠️ ACNES is commonly seen after:
• C-section or other abdominal surgeries
• Laparoscopic procedures
• Appendix, kidney, or pancreatic surgery
• Repeated coughing or unaccustomed abdominal strain

💡 The important takeaway

ACNES is not dangerous, not psychological, and does not require unnecessary surgery.
With correct diagnosis and ultrasound-guided nerve injections, many patients experience significant and lasting relief.

👉 If your abdominal pain is unexplained despite normal reports, think beyond the organs — think abdominal wall pain.

📌 Please share this reel — it may help someone avoid years of confusion, anxiety, and unnecessary investigations.
