Emotional skills deserve a place in learning, too.

Through meaningful conversations, practical tools and student engagement, EaR helps young minds understand their emotions, build resilience and develop abilities they can carry far beyond the classroom.

Because education isn’t only about what children know. It’s also about helping them understand what they feel and how to work with it.

ā€œYou never careā€ may sound like criticism, but sometimes there’s a much softer need underneath it: ā€œI want to know that I matter to you.ā€

Not every difficult sentence says exactly what the person is trying to communicate.

Want to communicate with more understanding and less conflict?

A calmer, kinder world begins with the choices we make every day.

This Gandhi Jayanti, may we carry forward the values of peace, compassion, and mindful action, not just in our words, but in the way we treat ourselves and those around us.

Because meaningful change often begins within. šŸ’›

Happy Gandhi Jayanti.

Sometimes, anger isn’t expressed. It’s suppressed. And what you don’t show can still affect how you think, feel, and connect with others.

Understanding the emotions beneath anger can be the first step toward healthier emotional well-being.

Sometimes the disagreement isn’t really about what happened.

It’s about what the moment made you feel: unheard, dismissed, unimportant, or misunderstood.

When we learn to recognize the emotion beneath the argument, conversations can shift from proving a point to understanding each other.

Pause. Listen beyond the words. If recurring conflicts are creating distance in your relationship, connect with EaR for Relationship Counselling.

Sometimes, what looks like laziness is actually a sign that you’re emotionally exhausted. When your mind feels overwhelmed, even simple things can feel harder than usual.

Instead of judging yourself, pause and ask: ā€œWhat am I really feeling?ā€

You’re not always lazy. Sometimes, you simply need a little understanding.
