You look lean. Your weight is normal. Your BMI is normal.

But what if your visceral fat is still high? 👀

Because being lean on the outside doesn’t always mean you’re metabolically healthy inside. Visceral fat can exist around your internal organs even when the weighing scale looks perfectly fine.

Watch the reel to understand why this happens and what your body composition is actually telling you.

“Sometimes, the body whispers before it ever starts shouting.
These subtle signs are easy to dismiss as stress, ageing, or simply being busy.”

Constant fatigue
I thought I was simply overworked. But the exhaustion felt different.

Joint or muscle pain
I blamed it on stress, age, or simply doing too much.

Unusual skin changes
Something would change, disappear, and I’d move on without thinking much about it.

Fevers that came and went
There wasn’t always an obvious explanation, so it was easy to ignore.

Muscle weakness
Things that once felt effortless sometimes didn’t feel quite as effortless anymore.

A general feeling that my body wasn’t behaving like itself
Nothing seemed dramatic enough on its own. But together, the signs were telling a different story.

And that’s what I wish more women knew.

Autoimmune conditions don’t always announce themselves with one big symptom.

The signs can be subtle, scattered, and easy to blame on stress, ageing, or a busy life.

These symptoms don’t automatically mean you have an autoimmune condition. They can happen for many other reasons too.

But if something keeps returning, keeps getting worse, or simply doesn’t feel normal for you…

Don’t keep telling yourself, “It’s probably nothing.”

Listen to your body. Get it evaluated. Ask questions.

I wish I had understood that sooner.

Your liver works quietly every single day—but sometimes your body may start showing signs that it needs extra support. 🌿

Persistent fatigue, bloating, itchy skin, yellowing of the eyes or skin, swelling, digestive discomfort, or changes in your overall wellbeing shouldn’t simply be ignored.

A healthy liver is essential for metabolism, digestion, nutrient processing, and many vital functions in the body. Instead of waiting for symptoms to worsen, focus on everyday habits that support liver health: balanced nutrition, adequate hydration, regular movement, quality sleep, and mindful lifestyle choices.

If you’re experiencing persistent or unusual symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional and consider appropriate medical evaluation.

Possible signs your body may be asking for more attention.

Tingling or numbness, easy bruising, bleeding gums, poor night vision, cracked lips, fatigue, muscle weakness, or slow wound healing can sometimes be associated with vitamin deficiencies.

But remember: these symptoms do NOT automatically mean you have a vitamin deficiency. Many health conditions can cause similar symptoms, so proper evaluation and blood tests may be needed.

Instead of guessing or taking supplements blindly, focus on a balanced, nutrient-rich diet and consult a qualified healthcare professional when symptoms persist.
