🩺 World Hypertension Day
Hypertension is often called the “silent killer” for a reason. Many people continue living with high blood pressure for years without noticeable symptoms, while it quietly damages the heart, brain, kidneys, and blood vessels in the background.
What makes hypertension especially dangerous today is that it is no longer limited to older age groups. Increasingly, younger adults are being diagnosed late — often only after serious complications or emergency symptoms appear.
On the occasion of World Hypertension Day, Let’s hear from Dr. Paras Gangwal at East Delhi Medical Centre about heart health. Early awareness, timely diagnosis, and preventive cardiac care can make a significant difference.
