It’s easier to scroll past the pain than to sit with it.

Easier to say “You’re fine” than to admit “I need support.”

Change begins when individuals speak up and when systems start to scale.

Mental Health Awareness days and months come and go every year, but rarely are any steps taken to bring about change in society.

We are doing our part.

We are working on the ground with communities and individuals who are facing the heat of it.

We are equipping professionals across the spectrum to integrate the trauma-informed lens.

And we want to do more.

Not for us, for our country. For the place we call our home.

And we are also inviting you to join us. As individuals, as organisations, communities, systems, institutions...

We will find a way to make your contribution count.

Will you do your part?

The way we sit with people matters. The way we speak, pause, respond, hold silence, and carry ourselves in the room impacts the therapeutic relationship more than we often realise.

Trauma-Informed Care Practises Course invites practitioners to reflect on these deeper relational processes and to understand how tone, pace, language, and power shape the spaces we create for others.

This is not a course built around quick fixes or rigid techniques, but a space for intentional, ethical, and embodied learning that stays with you beyond the session room.

“Thank you to and Vitasta Kaul for initiating this dialogue in the mainstream media and bringing invisible realities to public consciousness.
During the launch of Dr. Nishtha’s book, ‘Trauma Nation’, I was constantly reminded of how deeply we lack such spaces in our country.

We need to create far more room for this work, within schools, healthcare systems, policy spaces, workplaces, communities, and homes.

We need more stakeholders engaging with trauma-informed approaches as a collective responsibility.

Thank you to , , , , , and Cafe for holding space for conversations like these to take place.”

Is there really a way of “doing therapy right”?

As therapists, we want to help well. We follow frameworks, techniques, and theories, trying to say the right thing and be the right therapist for the client.

Yet, even after doing everything “correctly,” something can still feel missing. Almost like you are performing therapy instead of truly being present in the room.

Because therapy is not about performing. It is about showing up.

Our Trauma-informed Care Practice course is a space for practitioners to slow down, reflect, and explore what it means to be fully present in the therapeutic
relationship beyond just techniques and interventions.

Sometimes, in the middle of a session, we freeze searching for the “right” thing to say, returning to structure or questions, while the client slowly begins to withdraw.

Because therapy is not just about techniques; it is also about what happens beneath the words, within the silence, and inside us as therapists.

Our Trauma-informed course is a space to explore how to stay present with the client while also staying connected to yourself through reflection, relational practices, and sustainable ways of holding space.

The Trauma-Informed Care Practices is designed as a reflective, practice-based space for practitioners who want to integrate trauma-informed, relational ways of working into their everyday sessions.

In the middle of constantly holding space for others, practitioners, caregivers, educators, and helpers often forget to pause for themselves. Over time, this continuous giving can quietly turn into fatigue, emotional exhaustion, and burnout.

This course creates a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves as people beyond our roles. A space where you can show up with vulnerability and presence, while building more compassionate and sustainable ways of working with others.

If you wish to hold space for others without losing connection with yourself in the process, this is just the space for you.

Our Trauma-Informed Care Practices Course is designed as a reflective, practice-based space for practitioners who want to integrate trauma-informed, relational ways of working into their everyday sessions.

Because sometimes, care and good intentions alone are not enough.

People carry stories, survival responses, attachment wounds, and experiences that may not always be visible on the surface.

Trauma-informed practice helps us move beyond and create spaces that feel safer, more compassionate, and more aware.

If you are someone who wishes to hold spaces with greater sensitivity, awareness, and care, we warmly invite you to join us for this learning journey. ✨

Our Certificate Course in Trauma-Informed Care Practices is now in its final round of applications. Over the past few months, we’ve been interviewing individuals across roles and experiences, and we are still seeking those who are willing to step into a more intentional process, one that invites reflection, deeper connection, unlearning, and thoughtful relearning.

This learning is not just about the field, but about how you show up for your clients and yourself.

If you, or someone you know, is willing to engage with the inner work that meaningful practice asks of us, we invite you to apply.
