Why Blood Tests Every Day After Kidney Transplant? 🩸

After a kidney transplant, the first few days are extremely important.
That’s why blood tests are often done every day—especially during the ICU stay.

These tests help doctors monitor kidney function, creatinine, electrolytes, blood counts, and other important parameters and detect problems early.

Every blood test has a purpose. It helps us make sure the new kidney is functioning well and the patient is recovering safely.

Kidney transplant के बाद शुरुआती कुछ दिन बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं।
इसीलिए ICU में अक्सर रोज़ blood tests किए जाते हैं।

इलाज के नाम पर “100% गारंटी”, “क्रिएटिनिन ठीक कर देंगे”, “डायलिसिस बंद कर देंगे” जैसे दावे सुनें तो थोड़ा रुकिए।

बस एक सवाल पूछिए:

“इस इलाज के सबूत कहाँ हैं?”

क्योंकि किसी इलाज को Natural, Herbal, Traditional या Wellness कह देने से वह अपने-आप सुरक्षित या असरदार साबित नहीं हो जाता।

गलत इलाज में सिर्फ पैसा नहीं जाता — कीमती समय भी जा सकता है, सही इलाज में देरी हो सकती है और बीमारी बढ़ सकती है।

Right kidney or Left kidney—which one is chosen for donation?

The answer isn’t as simple as you might think! Surgeons consider blood vessels, anatomy, and the safety of both the donor and the recipient before making the decision.

Which kidney is better for donation?

Many people think the left kidney is always donated—but that’s not always true.

The goal is:
✅ Keep the better kidney with the donor.
✅ Choose the kidney that provides the safest surgery and the best outcome for the recipient.

In many cases, the left kidney is preferred because its renal vein is usually longer, making transplantation technically easier. However, if the right kidney is the better choice based on anatomy or function, it may be donated instead.

Donation के लिए कौन-सी Kidney चुनी जाती है?

बहुत से लोग सोचते हैं कि हमेशा Left Kidney ही निकाली जाती है, लेकिन ऐसा हर बार नहीं होता।
