CTRF has a sister concern (http://translational.in/) engaged in research and development which has won two prestigious Government Grants and had two prominent patents in the field of transplant immunology. Further, CTRF is the only NABL (ISO/IEC 17043:2010) accredited Proficiency Testing (PT) Services (https://eqas.in/scope/) in Transplant immunology and immunophenotyping in South East Asia and have more than 30 participants in the PT plan. Participation in a PT plan is an essential part of any NABL accredited Laboratory.
More than mere instruments we have been able to create a congenial work environment making us an enviable work pace. Most of us in the Lab have been around for more than a decade at Chimera - hence we have a rich expertise base. Each year we publish at least three original papers in internationally reputed journals. As of now the Lab has more than 35 publications and has produced four Ph.D. students. His blood stem cell donation brought hope and healing to a male patient diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).
