कंधे की गंभीर चोट का सफल इलाज | Successful Shoulder Fracture Dislocation Surgery

एक 47 वर्षीय मरीज दुर्घटना के बाद कंधे में तेज दर्द और हाथ बिल्कुल नहीं उठा पाने की समस्या के साथ हमारे पास आए। जांच में पता चला कि कंधे की हड्डी (Proximal Humerus) में फ्रैक्चर के साथ डिसलोकेशन हो गया था।
ऐसी चोटों में मरीज को असहनीय दर्द और हाथ चलाने में कठिनाई होती है और कई बार तुरंत सर्जरी की जरूरत पड़ती है।
विशेष लॉकिंग प्लेट और स्क्रू की मदद से सफल सर्जरी की गई, जिससे कंधे का जोड़ सही स्थिति में लाया गया।
अब मरीज फिजियोथेरेपी के साथ तेजी से रिकवर कर रहे हैं और धीरे-धीरे सामान्य जीवन की ओर लौट रहे हैं।

Revision surgeries are tough and demanding... Patients trust you to deliver after the initial surgery didn't go as planned... You feel the weight of responsibility to make it right, potentially their last surgery, and end their suffering... But the payoff is immense when you achieve the desired outcome, relieving your patient's pain and empowering them to regain confidence and independence. Sharing a couple of complex femur # cases, initially managed elsewhere but with unsatisfactory results. After explaining the challenges and risks, they put their faith in us and underwent revision surgery. Today, they're walking independently and pain-free, which only motivates us further.

35 years old Mr Sanjay unfortunately suffered from bilateral AVN HIP(death of hip bones).
Since, last 1 and half years he was unable to walk,move around,engage in activities of daily life and even use toilet.
He even lost his job,avoided social gatherings.💔
He tried several treatments, medications and even underwent surgery twice elsewhere but without any relief.The confidence was shattered.😔
He then visited us and was explained about his condition and given the option of Total Hip Replacement.🦵🏻🦿
After undergoing B/L THR, he is walking confidently without any support within 3 days of surgery and pledges to win it back at life just like a year and half back, only stronger this time.💪🏻
