When follow up is sweeter..3 cases
1.CASE1
elderly female with 2 was old extra articular distal humerus fracture with history of IHD..fixed 6 months back via paratricipital approach..FAIR elbow ROM at recent follow up
CASE 2
middle aged female presented to us with distal tibia fracture with poor skin around ankle(multiple blisters with swelling)..we did orif via anterolateral approach and medial plating via MIPPO after skin condition improved..she is happy and walking without support with minimal pain
CASE 3
middle aged male presented to us with open severely comminuted distal radius and ulna fracture with DRUJ disruption..we did urgent debridement and k wire fixation plus JESS application to maintain radial height and to prevent the fracture from collapsing..2 nd half months post op..and wound completely healed..reasonable ROM at wrist considering the magnitude of comminution of fracture(physio going on)
