A 43 year old G1 +0 previous normal delivery patient presented with heavy menstrual bleeding and MRI pelvis showing 7.8*8*9cm * cm fibroid in lateral wall of the uterus .... TAH with right sided oophorectomy was successfully done in this patient and left o***y was preserved... The gut was adhered on the right side round ligament and post wall of uterus with multiple aberrant arteries... Now the patient is fully recovered and happy with results .
