Patients from Bangladesh have also solicited Dr Hasan's services for homeopathic advice. In 2004, he completed his Post-Graduation in Homeopathy, M.D. (Hom) from J.R.N Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur to become the first Homeopathic doctor to have earned an M.D. Dr Hasan believes that chronic diseases are going to be a major threat for all human beings if left untreated. Homeopathy is always beneficial to cure chronic diseases if one selects medicine strictly on homeopathic principles. A chronic disease may be cured in the space of one or two years, provided it has not been mismanaged by any suppressive therapy to the extent of having become incurable. Dr Rafiqul Hasan has been a consistent social worker providing his services to meet the healthcare needs of the marginalized community in remote rural areas through various stand-alone camps.
