Bilateral Sagittal Split Osteotomy (BSSO) is a surgery performed to correct deformities of the lower jaw

An RTA case had reported to our hospital with fracture and complete displacement of the left orbital walls and orbital floor , We were able to successfully do an open reduction and internal fixation under GA and achieve complete aesthetic and functional rehabilitation for the patient. All thanks to the amazing and extremely efficient and equipped anaesthesia team and OT staffs, Post OP staffs, 6 th floor staffs , casualty Drs and staffs , Dr. Shaima Oommen , Dr Dimmy Harold as well and a special token of gratitude to the Caritas management for creating these kind of opportunities that enable the growth of the OMFS team.
