Why is a bone biopsy performed in the sacro-coccygeal region? 🦴

Agar aapko bhi L3-L4 Disc Problem hai, toh iska dard kaise pehchanein? 🤔

इस केस में मरीज Deepak की पहले Microscopic Discectomy हो चुकी थी। दोबारा समस्या होने के बाद Endoscopic approach से निकली हुई Disc के fragments को carefully remove किया गया और nerve root को पूरी तरह free किया गया।

✅ इस Revision Endoscopic Spine Surgery में क्या किया गया?
