પ્યુબરફોનિયા (Puberphonia) અથવા મ્યુટેશનલ ફાલ્સેટો એ અવાજની એક એવી વિકૃતિ છે, જેમાં યુવાની કે કિશોરાવસ્થા પૂર્ણ થયા પછી પણ પુરુષોનો અવાજ બાળપણ જેવો અથવા સ્ત્રી જેવો પાતળો અને ઊંચી પિચ (High-pitched) વાળો રહે છે. સામાન્ય રીતે પ્યુબર્ટી (યૌવન) દરમિયાન ગળામાં શારીરિક અને હોર્મોનલ ફેરફારોને કારણે અવાજ ભારે અને ઊંડો થવો જોઈએ, પરંતુ તે બદલાતો નથી. # voicechange
