š¢ 3-Day NIKSHAY SHIVIR Successfully Conducted.
Under the guidance of *Medical Officer Incharge, Dr. Tsh.T.Sherpa sir, Under various village of Health & Wellness Centre Karjee in collaboration with *PHC TB Team* successfully organized a *3-Day Nikshay Shivir* from 05/08/2026 to 07/08/2026.
*Key Activities:*
1. *TB Screening*: Vulnerable target group and general Population.
(Symptomatic screening for Cough >2 weeks, Fever, Weight loss).
2. *Testing*: Chest X-ray and Cy-TB done on spot, Sputum collection, CBNAAT testing referral for suspected cases.
3. *Awareness*: Health talk on TB symptoms, nutrition, and free treatment under NTEP
4. *Nikshay Poshan Yojana*: Beneficiaries registered for ā¹1000/month nutritional support.
5. *Nikshay Mitra*: Community sensitization for TB patient adoption.
6. *NP-NCD screening above 30+ years of age group and started Treatment and some of them kept for diet modifications.
