A 35 years of old male patient came to the clinic with c/o stains on his teeth. H/o to***co chewing since 10 years and no professional teeth cleaning done ever.
This case shows what to***co chewing does to the teeth and how professional cleaning helps remove stains but the yellowish tint of the teeth still does not go away because attrition of teeth that exposes dentin ( second layer of tooth) which is caused by habit of to***co chewing since such long period of time.

READ CAPTION 📌
Very important instructions to be remebered and followed after dental extraction of any tooth especially third molar aka wisdom tooth.
Do's:
1. Remember to have proper meal before extraction appointment.
2. Please share your correct medical history with the dentist.
2. Compress the cotton placed by the dentist for half an hour.
3. Have something cold i.e. plain ice cream after removal of cotton.
4. Please use only cold compression, if required.

Dont's:
1. Do not eat nutty ice cream after extraction.
2. Do not use straw to drink water, cold drink etc.
3. Do not use hot compressions even by mistake as it will increase the swelling.
4. Do not SMOKE for atleast 3-5 days after extraction of tooth as it delays healing.
