'Googly' at the fag end of the day...
Encountered a gentleman with a rare congenital abnormality called persistent left superior vena cava (LSVC) during permanent pacemaker implantation (prevalence is 0.1–0.3% in the general population)
Such patients are mostly detected for the first time at the time of pacemaker surgery as otherwise they cause no symptoms
