Many have asked me this question:
"If an astrologer knows the time of death, why don't they tell you?"
Because astrology is not meant to become a prison of fear.
A birth chart is a map of possibilities, karmic patterns, strengths, challenges, and important life periods. While certain classical traditions discuss longevity and vulnerable phases, not all can pin point on that.
An astrologer can identify a sensitive period, but, revealing it serves little purpose and can do immense harm.
The moment a person begins living with a countdown in their mind:
Every headache becomes a reason to panic.
Every journey feels dangerous.
Every birthday feels closer to an ending rather than another beginning.
The joy of living is quietly replaced by the fear of dying.
An ethical astrologer understands that knowledge is only valuable when it empowers.
If a chart indicates a difficult period, the responsibility of the astrologer is to:
• Encourage caution, not fear.
• Suggest remedies, self-reflection, and spiritual practices.
• Help the person make wiser choices.
• Remind them to value their health, relationships, and time.
The purpose of astrology has never been to make someone afraid of life.
It is to help them live with greater awareness.
Sometimes, the greatest prediction an astrologer can offer is not when life may end, but how to make the time you have more meaningful.
That is wisdom.
That is compassion.
That is ethical astrology.
