Hello everyone!
From **3 to 8 September 2026** I'll be teaching an **In-depth Syllabus I Seminar** at **Gokarna Yoga School** in Porto Corsini (Ravenna, Italy).
Each morning (except Thursday afternoon) we'll explore one section of the **Syllabus I**, always including standing poses and inversions, focusing on a specific group of asanas:
- Sitting
- Forward extensions
- Abdominal and lateral extension
* Backward extensions
* Arm balancing
* Restorative poses
The seminar is intended for **intermediate and advanced students, teacher trainees, and certified teachers** who wish to deepen their understanding of the syllabus.
You can join **individual days (€50/day)** or the **entire seminar (€250)**.
Accommodation: limitated places at the school are **free of charge**. We prepare meals together and share grocery expenses. If you prefer, we can also help you find accommodation nearby.
All yoga props are provided by the school, and the beach is only a few minutes' walk away.
