At 1SpecialPlace, inclusion goes beyond conversations—it becomes action.

Our first Neurodiverse Graphic Design Internship Program provided young neurodiverse individuals with hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world experience, helping them strengthen their creativity, confidence, and professional skills.

Over two weeks, our interns explored the world of graphic design, worked on meaningful healthcare content, presented their creative portfolios, and gained valuable industry exposure through interactive mentoring sessions with our team.

We’re incredibly proud of Ankur and Theepak for their dedication, talent, and growth throughout this journey. Their creativity reminds us that when the right support meets opportunity, amazing things happen. 🌟

This is just the beginning of creating more inclusive pathways where every individual has the chance to learn, contribute, and thrive.
