Instead of Pushing harder, Try this instead ⬇️
SHRINK that TASK 'and' the TIME in your mind!
To Practice SHRINKING that task THINK in this manner :
" For today I only need
1% Shift in this task + 5 Minutes time with this! "
To practice with TIME - ASK yourself:
“What is one tiny thing I can move forward in for just 5 minutes?”
Example :
• Open the file / Open the Book
• Write one line / Read 1 page
• Start with only 5 mins in your mind to give to it- even if it’s unlike you!
No pressure to finish or to do it a certain way!
Just show up for 5 minutes❗👍🏻
Only after a week of doing this everyday...increase the TIME with 5 more minutes (Now it's 10 mins)!...Make that consistent for another week and gradually increase..
That’s how stuck begins to move! 👍🏻👏🏻
